Immediate Notification: If any issue is found, you must immediately call us while the delivery person is still present

24-Hour Rule: If you do not notify us within 24 hours of delivery, we will not accept any refund requests

Return Window: You may return items within 7 days of delivery (only if notified within 24 hours)

Condition: Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging

Unboxing Video Required: You must provide a proper unboxing video as proof for any return request

Process: Contact our support team immediately during delivery or within 24 hours to initiate a return

Refund Terms

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product

💰 Shipping Charges for Returns

Return Shipping: Customer must bear the charges to return the product to our warehouse

Condition Check: If we receive a damaged, inappropriate, or used product, no refund will be issued

Replacement Shipping: Customer must also bear the shipping charges when we send the replacement/refunded product back to customer location

No Free Returns: All return-related shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

📹 Unboxing Video Requirements

Video Quality: Clear, uninterrupted video showing the complete unboxing process

Must Show: Package condition, opening process, and product condition inside

Submission: Video must be submitted as proof with your return request

No Video = No Return: Without proper unboxing video, return requests will not be accepted
